It's true. Knowing yourself is, in my opinion and my experience, both the beginning, and the cornerstone, of all wisdom. Without a deep and honest understanding of the self, one cannot fully understand life. And if one cannot fully understand life, one cannot fully enjoy the beautiful gifts it gives.
