Personal Alchemy sessions are personalized attentive one-on-one containers which offer experienced, strategic guidance and support to help you identify what your dreams, desires, and priorities are, and to develop strategies for curating YOUR vision of a blissful life.
Each session is as unique as the client who requests it. Some of the tools employed during Personal Alchemy sessions are as follows:

These sessions contain elements of both practical advice and more esoteric wisdom. You always have a choice as to how much of each shows up in your sessions. Not a fan of the woo woo? No problem! I'll keep it nice and pragmatic for you. Hard-boiled dogmatic strategies leave your spirit feeling stifled? Easy peasy! I'll brew you up some metaphysical mojo that will get the wind beneath your wings. This is YOUR experience. I am here to make it what YOU need.
I offer a variety of containers for these sessions. Choose the level of support that best suits your individual needs.
Personal Alchemy Containers
Independent Study
This option is for the autonomous self-starters that just need a little help getting organized. The Independent Study Container offers a one-time written outline of practices you can implement into your life in whatever ways feel good for you. There is no interactive support. Once you get your outline, it's up to you to decide what to do with it, and how to tweak it as you go. There is no ongoing support or interactive guidance in this container. You become your own guide and cheerleader.
One Moon
The One Moon Container lasts a full moon cycle, which is roughly a calendar month. You will have full dedicated support during this time in the form of emails, calls, question answering, progress reports and celebrating. You will receive a weekly list of "homework" assignments. At week's end, we will meet to discuss your progress, your accomplishments, triggers experienced, and how you're feeling about it all. Each week's plan will build on the week prior to foster an effective developmental journey.
One Season
The One Season container includes everything in the One Moon Container, but runs for three calendar months, or the length of one season. This option is for those ready to fully commit to making solid changes in everyday life. Those committed to showing up every day for personal transformation. Those who understand what is required, and who are up for the challenge. Those who recognize that it takes time to create lasting change. And those who appreciate having the support and wisdom of an experienced guide through that journey.
Adding A Cycle
For those of you who are interested in continuing to work together after completing a container, you can add another cycle at a 10% discount. This offer is only good, however, if used within the same time frame of your original container. (Ie; If you just completed a One Moon Container, you have one month to add your discounted cycle. If you just completed a One Season Container, you have three months to add a discounted cycle.)
NOTE: There is no restriction on which cycle you may add.
Additional Info
Each container begins with an in-depth consultation. This conversation allows us to go deeper into your specific needs, lifestyle + scheduling requirements, and progress style. It is during this consult that we can also confirm that you've chosen the right Personal Alchemy container for your desired outcome and output abilities. The consult usually lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, and takes place via a Zoom call.
