Wellness is, arguably, the basis for true bliss. If you aren't feeling good in your body/mind, nothing else really matters much, does it? I, personally, really value being able to take full advantage of this adventure called Life. It is, therefore, imperative for me to take the very best care of myself to ensure that I am capable of living to the fullest expression of my passions and curiosity for the world around me.

This includes the foods we eat, the way we move our bodies, how we breathe, how we cope with stress, the quality of our sleep, our hydration levels, our ability to relax, and more! As a wellness professional for the past two decades, I have SO MUCH experience exploring what constitutes optimum health and wellness. I have learned tons from my massage and esthetics clients, yoga students, fitness clients, coaching clients, my own personal coaches, professional trainings, self-study, and trial and error.
